Non-Refundable Services

Due to the digital nature of telecom services, payments are generally non-refundable after number allocation or service activation.

• Activated virtual numbers
• Used call forwarding services
• Used SMS services
• Configured IVR systems

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure caused directly by our platform
• Service not activated after successful payment

Third-Party Providers

Temporary outages or carrier restrictions from telecom providers are not eligible for refunds.
